For years, it has been illegal to carry an open container of alcohol in a vehicle under DMV regulations. However, these regulations have now changed. It is now possible to carry a bottle that has been closed again (either through the lid or the cork) in a tamper proof bag, similar to those used at airports.

Our cork & carry wine take out bags are absolutely perfect for that. If you own a restaurant, you will probably know the dilemma many of your customers will face. Prior to the change in DMV regulations, if they ordered a bottle of wine, they would need to have drank all of it, or throw away whatever is left inside the bottle.
